For the Candidate

Where are you going?

If you're interested in having a successful and interesting career (and who isn't), it's often a good idea to speak to a specialist recruitment consultant from time to time. A good consultant will take the time to understand what you want to do with your professional life and will be able to tell you (in confidence of course) about roles which could help you to achieve those goals... well that's our take on it anyway!

It's all about respect

Our policy is to speak to companies on your behalf. Sounds simple but it means we don't mailshot candidate details to companies. We also don't say who you are (unless you've told us it's OK) until we've spoken to you about them and a specific opportunity... it's about respect for your confidentiality and it's how we'd want to be treated.

Open Communication

We love to talk. Speak to your consultant regularly and we'll be able to tell you about the best opportunities.
